We make it very easy for our customers to sign up for our product with minimal information requested and absolutely no payment links or details required. ZebiHR believes in both, our product as well as our clients
First Login
You may have seen our product demo, watched the product tour, and seen a ton of screenshots, but the first login is your first experience about us. We ensure that your account is fully setup to get you started
Masters Setup
Our experts not only explain you the value of setting up the masters right but also bring to the table the best practices within the HCM space & help you enable the most appropriate policies. Needless to say, they assist you while you actually setup too.
Data Import
Use our ready to download excel templates that can help you upload voluminous data using excel sheets instead of manually keying in your initial data. Our error reports advice you on the exact data errors, if any. Feel free to ask us to standby while you run your imports.
Product Training
We now run a product walkthrough with super users and trainers from your organization with real data and policies about your own company. This session help you validate the finer details and also prepare to launch and train your own internal teams.
Followup
We believe in engagement and that our onboarding process does not end once you have successfully logged in. We also share a specially curated training snippets which you can share with your team members, in case they need any help. Reach out to our support and trust us as WE CARE for you!
